ACTIVIDAD DE LOS PLANETAS DEL SISTEMA SOLAR

Esta semana hemos preparado una actividad sobre el Sistema Solar en el cole. ¿Sabéis cómo es de grande el Sol? Es tan grande que en su interior cabrían un millon de planetas como la Tierra.

Con esta actividad los peques pueden colorear y repasar los nombres de los planetas. Se puede imprimir hasta en un A3 si os descargáis el PDF (está bilingüe español e inglés). Los planetas están a escala, pero no las distancias.
Un forma divertida de comparar sus tamaños es usando frutas y semillas. Antes de dar la respuesta se puede especular con cuál es cual:
Mercurio: una semilla de pimienta
Venus: un tomate cherry
La Tierra: un tomate cherry
Marte: un arándano Júpiter: una sandía
Saturno: un pomelo grande
Urano: una manzana
Neptuno: una naranja (un poco más pequeña que la manzana)

También me ha gustado esta actividad que se puede hacer en el patio o en un pasillo con papel higiénico para
ver lo lejos que está cada planeta del Sol.¡Que os divirtáis!

This week we've prepared an activity about the Solar System at school. Do you know how big is the sun? Is so large that a million Earths fit inside. 

 With this activity the kids can color and trace the names of the planets. It can be printed up to A3 if you download the PDF. The planets are to scale, but not the distances. A fun way to compare their sizes is using fruits and seeds. Before giving the answer we can speculate on which is which: Mercury: a seed of pepper Venus: a cherry tomato Earth: a cherry tomato Mars: a blueberry Jupiter: a watermelon Saturn: a large grapefruit Uranus: an apple Neptune: an orange (a bit smaller than apple) I liked this activity that can be done outside or in a hallway with toilet paper to see how far each planet is from the Sun.
